The UpStart Methodology has been developed through years of practical experience in systems implementations and development. It emerged from the need to create a flexible yet structured approach that can adapt to diverse project requirements and client expectations. This methodology is the culmination of both successes and lessons learned from past experiences.
The development of the UpStart Methodology was guided by the expertise of our key leaders, bringing extensive background in consulting, project management, IS assurance engagements and systems implementation and development. This experience provided invaluable insights into best practices and potential pitfalls in implementations, all of which have been integrated into the UpStart Methodology.
