ABOUT THE PROGRAM
At InsightQ Consulting Group, we believe in nurturing the next generation of leaders in digital transformation. Our Internship Program is designed to provide hands-on experience in a dynamic, real-world consulting environment. Interns will have the opportunity to work alongside our team of experts in various roles, from ERP solutions to business transformation and digital innovation.
Who Should Apply: We’re looking for driven, proactive students with a passion for digital transformation and technology. If you have strong communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or any related field
- Passionate for web or software products/services
- Can stay organized and juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool
- A team player who enjoys working with both techies and non-techies
- Curious, eager to learn new tools, processes, and technologies, and open to trying new things.
- Most importantly, you have a growth mindset. You’re here to learn, explore, and make an impact, no matter how small it starts
What to expect?
- We don’t expect you to be great right away. What we do expect is that you make the most of your time with us. Learn as much as you can, explore new things, and don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone.
- We don’t expect perfection either. You’re bound to make mistakes (probably a lot of them), and that’s okay because what matters is that you learn from each one. Every misstep is a step closer to growth.
- We also encourage you to ask questions. There’s no such thing as a dumb question here. Curiosity is a strength, and we’re here to help you find the answers.
- This internship is your chance to get a taste of real-world experience, to see what it’s like to be part of a team and contribute to something meaningful. We hope this journey helps prepare you for the exciting world of work that’s waiting ahead.
